If dad’s happiest standing at the barbecue with tongs in hand, start with our Bush Honey BBQ sauce. It’s a collaboration with our friends at Ted’s, who we met at a local market, and it works as a marinade, a glaze or straight out of the bottle on a sausage in bread.
A spoonful of honey brushed over chicken in the last few minutes on the grill gives it that sticky, caramelised finish, and our honey soy chicken kebabs are an easy one for him to try on Boxing Day with whatever’s left in the fridge.

We ship right across Australia, and anything in glass goes by Express post. Orders over $129 ship free for parcels under 5kg, which the BBQ and coffee set gets you most of the way to on its own.

The Chilli Honey is sweet first with the heat coming after. The Fermented Habanero Hot Honey is hotter, but the heat builds slowly and stays in the background, so it suits someone who likes a bit of a kick rather than a dare.

What's the difference between Jarrah and Blackbutt honey?
Both are dark and strong. Jarrah is deep and caramel, while Blackbutt is thicker with more of a treacle flavour. If he likes his honey bold, either is a good pick, and the 2 jar gift pack lets you give him both.
