Ingredients

Sugar, glucose syrup (from maize), macadamia nuts, peanuts, Nuttelex Buttery (vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (471, sunflower lecithin), natural flavour, vitamins A, D, E, natural colour (beta carotene)), vanilla bean paste, baking soda.

Although every effort is made to avoid contamination, this peanut brittle is produced in a home kitchen that handles a variety of ingredients.
