- Orders over 5kg or bulk orders may attract additional shipping fees, please contact us before ordering.

We use Australia Post Standard with tracking on every order.
Please allow:
- Up to 7 business days for dispatch
- Up to 14 business days for delivery (we’re shipping from WA and the bees take their time)
Where possible, deliveries will be contactless and safely left at your door or delivery spot noted at checkout.

Heads up: Some sale products may have shorter best-before dates, check the product description for details.
We do our best to pack everything safely, but once a parcel leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for lost or incorrect deliveries. That said, if something goes wrong, we’ll always try to help.

We want you to bee happy, but due to health regulations:
- No returns or exchanges on edible products like honey, even if you change your mind, please order carefully.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or something’s not right, email us at info@pbhoney.au as soon as you can we’ll do our best to help.
- Glass items are packed with love, but please note they’re shipped at your own risk.
- Non-edible items (like merch or gifts) can only be returned or exchanged if damaged no change-of-mind returns.
If a return is approved:
- Return postage is at the buyer’s expense
- Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected
