Some mums have everything they need and some are hard to pin down, but most of them enjoy a small treat they wouldn’t buy for themselves. So we’ve gathered the honeys she’d enjoy with a quiet cup of tea, the balms and soaps she’d use every day, and a few pieces for the kitchen, with every jar of honey coming from our own hives in regional WA.

Gifts for Mum She'll Use Every Day
The gifts that get used are usually the ones that end up beside the sink or in a handbag. Our grass-fed tallow balm is the richest of the three, made with grass-fed tallow, beeswax and a couple of light plant oils, and a little goes a long way on dry hands. The natural calendula balm is lighter, with calendula and beeswax, and it’s an easy all-rounder to keep in a bag for dry patches.
Our honey soap is made with our own raw honey, handmade in small batches and cured for six weeks, and it comes in scents from crushed lime and sea salt to goats milk and oats, so you can choose one that suits her.
A Beeautify honey lip balm is an easy add-on in orange and lavender or vanilla and mint, and for the mum trying to cut down on plastic in the bathroom, our shampoo bar lasts a long time and comes without a bottle at all.
Honey for the Mum Who Stops for Tea
If your mum has a cup of tea every afternoon, our infused lemon honey is the one to give. It’s our raw bush honey with dried lemon slices sitting in the jar, bright enough to lift a cuppa and mild enough to eat off the spoon, and the slices are soft enough to eat too. The infused orange honey is warmer and rounder, a little like good marmalade.
For toast, our Raw Creamed Honey spreads thick without dripping, and a jar of Banksia honey is a lovely thing to give in a year when we have it, since it doesn’t come every season. If you can’t pick just one, the 2 jar honey gift pack lets you put two of her favourites in the one box.

Our Hive to Home honey recipe cookbook was written by Casey and Leah Piesse, the WA beekeepers behind Piesseful Bees, and it’s full of sweet and savoury recipes made with the same honey that’s in the jar.

Every jar of honey here comes from our own hives across regional WA, near Lancelin and down south, and it’s 100% raw honey with nothing added and nothing removed. We ship right across Australia, and anything in glass goes by Express post. Orders over $129 ship free for parcels under 5kg, which is easy to reach if you’re buying for mum and a few others in the one order.

The Infused Lemon Honey is made for it, and Bush Honey is a lovely everyday choice if she likes her tea without the citrus. A darker honey like Jarrah has a much stronger flavour that can take over a cup of tea.
How long does the infused honey keep?
Our infused lemon and orange honeys don’t carry a best before date, and the flavour keeps developing in the jar over time. Store it in the pantry with the lid on, like any other honey.
What can I give Mum if she doesn't like honey?
