A smooth blend of Bourbon, Piesseful Bees Honey and Ghost Peppers (as well as a few other ingredients – we can’t give away all out secrets!!!). All our products are hand made in small batches by our team of expert butchers and jerky masters. We have tried and tested countless iterations to make what we (and many of our customers) believe is Australia’s best beef jerky.
